There are several options you can use to manage the apps on your ClassLink Dashboard.
If you need to remove an app that you added from the Library and no longer need, you can right click on the icon and in the menu select the option to "Remove App".
There are some apps that can not be removed because they are automatically assigned by the system for various reasons. You can identify these apps by the small padlock icon you see when hovering the mouse over it.
While these apps can not be removed, you can use folders to organize your apps. This would include creating a folder for unused apps.
To create a folder you have two options. You can right click an open spot on the dashboard and select the "Add Folder" option, or you can click and hold an app the drag it over another one. This will create a folder with the two apps in it. Right click on the new folder to edit its name and look.
To add apps to an existing folder you created, you simply need to click and drag the app over the folder.
Note: You will notice that some folders have the same small padlock icon on them. Those are system managed folders and can not be edited or added to.
You can also sort your apps and folders by name. Right click on an open spot on your dashboard and select "Sort Apps".
