How do I add a Web App to the iPad?
Web Apps cannot be added from within the iPad app. However, users can add Web Apps by logging into a web browser (using Safari on the iPad or on a computer) and clicking on the “+” in the top left corner. Select the desired Web App and click add. Log out of ClassLink on the iPad and then login again. The new Web Apps will appear on your dashboard.
What do I do if I get an error when logging into ClassLink on the iPad?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the ClassLink app on the iPad. Log in with your ClassLink account on another device to determine if it is your account or the device that is causing the problem.
Does ClassLink pose a security risk?
ClassLink is no different than any other site using a username and password. If you have a security concern, make sure you log out of ClassLink when not using it. Do not allow your browser to remember your login details. As an additional security, ClassLink is designed to log the user out after one hour of inactivity.
