Many times clearing the Cache on your Chrome browser can correct issues with sites not loading correctly.
Start your Chrome browser and click the Menu button (three dots) in the upper right corner. From this drop-down select "Settings".
Once you are in the settings window click the search bar at the top and type in "cache". You want to click on the "Clear browsing data" result below.
On this window click the "Time Range" drop-down and select "All time". Make sure "cookies and other site data" is selected and you may also select "Cached images and files." Click on the Clear data button and the window will close once it has finished.
It is a good idea to also go ahead and close out all your browser tabs and reboot your computer.
