Since parent observer accounts are not managed directly by our team, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
If you are not sure which email you used for your account, please ask your student to submit and Help Desk ticket for you and we will be able to get that information for you.
Please follow the steps below to to reset your password for your Parent Canvas account.
1. Click one of the links below to get started:
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address that you used to created the Observer account. After click on the Request Password. Email may take up to 30 minutes and make sure to check your spam box.
4. You will receive an email from Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. Click on the link "Click here to set a new password" It may take up to 10 minutes to receive an email response. Check your spam as well.
5. Type in your New Password, Confirm New Password. After click Update Password button.
6. Try logging into your Parent Canvas account.
