Approved Technology – GCISD

All approved document cameras, monitors, docking stations, and printers have to be ordered through technology. Submit a ticket with your request and someone will reach out to you with quotes and more information.

You are free to place orders for other peripherals like keyboards, cords, headphones and adapters without the need to submit a ticket.

Current Approved Printers: Hewlett Packard

As a cloud printer, there is also a fee for the subscription to Printer Logic. This provides you with multi-user access, secure print release, and reporting capabilities. The fee is $376.40 for a 5-year subscription. The subscription can be renewed at the end of the 5 years or the printer can be converted to a local printer if you prefer.
