Introduction (hardware)

Front Buttons

	Short press	Power on Solid white color: Display is on and working
	Short press	Sleep mode Red and white lights flicker alternately: Display is in Sleep mode.
	Long press for more than 2 seconds	Power off Solid red color: Display is in shut down mode

Board maintenance:

A cleaner is provided in the box with the cords and pens.
Do not use disinfecting wipes on the board.
If you need to clean, use an alcohol-based cleaner.
Pens
- Pens can sit on the lip at the base of the board.
- They can be used to annotate or as a mouse.
- Pens can be wiped down to clean
Remote
- Freeze button
  - Freezes on the image shown
  - Unfreeze by touching the board or using a remote.

Profile:

They should be gray, not blue.

Choose MORE, then ACCEPT
Screen lock options will ask you to enter a passcode. Enter the passcode twice, then choose CONFIRM.
Choose NO THANKS.

To access profiles
- Click Gray square in top left corner or
- Swipe down from top of board and click on USER icon

Home: Shortcut to home screen

Annotation: Opens desktop annotation tools

Whiteboard: Opens the Whiteboard application

Open/Close menu bar

Classroom Tools: Visualizer, Calculator, Dice, Timer, etc

Sound settings

All open applications, switch between windows, close all

Back, can be used to exit an application
