In order for and iPad to work correctly in our Meraki environment, the location services needs to be on. Checking that setting is a good troubleshooting step. Please follow EACH step in this process.
Tap on Settings
Scroll down and tap on Privacy. Make sure Location Services are ON.
Next, scroll down and click on Meraki. Make sure Location is set to Always.
If Location is not "Always", tap on it to change.
Double-click the home button at the bottom of the iPad then slide up on any apps that you see to close them.
Shut down the iPad by holding the power button at the top right. Wait 30 seconds then turn it back on.
Tap on the Meraki app and make sure there are 4 green checkmarks in the status section.
