If you have a student who is not seeing all of the classes in Seesaw, here are a few things to try.
1. Seesaw access is based on Skyward enrollment data. Please verify that the students are enrolled in the classes that are not showing up. If they were not enrolled in the classes, please ask your campus counselor to enroll the students in the missing classes. Once this is done, the students should get access the following day.
If the students are enrolled in the classes one of the next steps should resolve the issue.
2. From inside the Seesaw app, click the student's name in the top left, and inside the Profile window click on "Sign Out" on the bottom left. Once you are signed out, Close the Seesaw and ClassLink apps. Go back into ClassLink and launch Seesaw. In most instances, this should refresh the class list and you should see the missing classes.
3. If you are still not seeing the classes, you can try removing the Seesaw app, and then adding it back from Meraki. Once it has been reinstalled, you can go to ClassLink and try logging in again. You should now see all the student's enrolled classes.
If after doing all these steps you are still not able to see all the classes please submit a support ticket. If you can provide details on what steps you have taken that will help expedite your request.
