🚨Did you recently change your Passphrase in ClassLink? Are you now unable to print to your RICOH? You may need to
Delete your old Passphrase from the Ricoh printer keychain on your device.
Even if you're not quite sure what that means if you follow the directions below you can do it!
How to:
1. On your keyboard, hold the Command key and press the space bar. This will bring up the search menu.
2. Search for Keychain Access and select it from the drop-down.
3. In the screen that pops up, select login from the toolbar on the left. Then, find the RICOH or printer that you want to print to. You can scroll or use the search bar.
**What is my RICOH printer's name?
4. Finally, right-click or two-finger click on the printer and select Delete. Note: You are not deleting the printer - you are just deleting the "keychain password."
Lastly, when you go to print, you will be asked for your new Passphrase.
