Before Your Exit Interview
Follow these steps before arriving to return your district technology.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do Not Erase Your iPad
Do not factory reset your device. We must verify your Apple ID is removed first. We will erase the iPad in your presence during the appointment.
Checklist
Charge It: Ensure the iPad is charged and powered on.
Clear Passcode: If you forgot your passcode, use the Meraki Self Service app to reset it before arriving.
Sign Out of Apple ID: 1. Open Settings. 2. Tap your name (top left). 3. Scroll down and tap Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID password then tap Turn Off.
You will be asked to verify that this is what you want to do.
